Everything is made up of electromagnetic energy vibrating at different frequencies that correspond to sound, light and color.

Colors are frequency wavelengths - the primary colors following a spectrum called ROYGBIV - the rainbow spectrum - the chakra system of energy wheels - the human aura - or electromagnetic energy field.

We are drawn to the colors - that are needed to create balance in our lives. The goal in all healing is to create balance.

Color Frequencies

RED

Red is the color of energy, vitality and power. It is used for burning out cancer, drying up weeping sores or wounds, etc., it will warm cold areas to reduce pain. Red is a powerful healing agent for healing diseases of the blood and circulation. It will help with depression. Red is not to be used on people with high blood pressure or anxiety. If you stay under the red ray too long or are exposed to red for a considerable time it will make you very agitated or even aggressive. It is associated with the male polarity. A red carpet or wall - in a place of business - will draw money. If you are a sales person - try wearing something red!!

ORANGE

The mental body in both its logical and conceptual form. It is used to increase immunity, to increase sexual potency, to help in all digestive ailments, chest and kidney diseases. Orange will have a gentle warming effect if used lightly. Orange, like red should not be used for too long. It is not a good color for nervous people or people easily agitated.

PEACH

The peach frequency is used for peace, truth, and balance.

YELLOW

Yellow is the color of intellect and it is used for mental stimulation, it will help you think quicker. It is good for clearing a foggy head. To help cure dermatitis and other skin problems and again it must be used carefully because it is very stimulating and it could cause exhaustion and depression.

GREEN

Green is the color of healing and traveling back in time. It will balance the emotions and brings about a feeling of calmness. Green is a good general healing color because it stimulates growth therefore it is good for helping heal broken bones - regrowth of tissue of all kinds. Green is also alchemy - the alchemy of consciousness from one realm to another through the spiraling energies of DNA - Sacred Geometry

Green as a healing frequency can be placed around family members who are ill. Though many of you are not attuned in the palms of your hands with this frequency color - it is part of you now.

If you wish to heal someone - begin by asking the person if they wish to be healed. That may sound like a silly question but it is necessary. Help them find the emotional base for the ailment if you can, before you heal anyone.

You can not promise to heal them but you can make them feel more comfortable and show them how healing is done. Perhaps you can awaken the healing abilities in others. Just remember not to force this with anyone who is not ready and that healing is not for everyone.

When you and the person are ready to begin, find a calm quiet place. Be sure the person is relaxed with what you are doing and assure them you will not hurt them in any way. If you have a favorite healing crystal--use that when you heal.

The person can sit or lay down. No need to remove their clothing. Work first with the emotional aspects of the problem. Give the person hope. Get them to relax.

Ask your guides to protect you so their energies do not enter into your frequency.

Visualize the color green coming through your palms as you hold them just above --or gently on--someone with a problem.

Scan their body for 'hot' or 'cold' spots. That is where the blockages are. Tell them what you are doing and what you see and feel.

Now visualize the green healing energies coming through you as you work. Visualize them entering the person's body at the higher levels, especially the emotional body. Watch them sift through the cells of the person who is ill and moving the Chi energies.

You can have a third person take a picture of your doing the healing to see if you get a green aura of light around you or the person.

Feel your connection to the higher frequencies as you heal. Work with the heart chakra as it is the frequency green. You may even take it to the newer frequency of green=turquoise (green -blue).

There is no time limit for this. Usually a few minutes is all that is needed. Try to repeat the healing for 3 consecutive days--10 minutes a day.

You can heal yourself as well.

You can teach others to use the color green to heal.

You can send the green frequency to the planet for healing.

Try a past life regression with someone you trust placing them in the green bubble. See where you knew them in another lifetime. Green takes you back in time.

Today let's use the green frequency to connect with nature. Prepare as you would for meditation. Once relaxed - see yourself in nature--a beautiful green field--flowers--animal--the mineral kingdom.

Wander through the field. . . perhaps you meet some of the Nature Spirits. Ask your spirit guide to meet you there and walk with you. He / she waits with his hand extended to you.

Feel the energies of the nature kingdom. Connect your energies with them . . .become one with a plant, tree, forest of green. Once your have become connected look through the eyes of the plant. Can it communicate with other plants? If so, how? Try it? Call out to a plant in your home--garden--neighborhood. Say 'hello'! Ask about the changing frequencies.

Do all of the trees communicate globally as is written? Become a tree and experience on that level. Ask the tree about planet changes now.

Connect to the energies of the 'indigenous people' and experience nature through their eyes. After all, isn't this planet all about experience in the third dimension?

BLUE

Blue is the color of electricity. We live in a program created by electromagnetic energy - blue white ...back to source.

Blue is the color of truth, serenity and harmony, by helping to soothe the mind. Blue is good for cooling, calming, reconstructing and protecting. Blue will help feverish conditions, it will help stop bleeding and it will help with nervous irritations. It is very good for burns. Too much blue could leave you cold, depressed and sorrowful.

Blue is found in to prophecies about reality moving into higher frequency - viewed by us un linear time as the future. Midnight blue 12:00 - December 21, 2012 - Mayan Calendar - the end of Time. We have gods and goddesses returning at the end of time - Hopi Blue Kachina - Blue Star Prophecies.

We have Isis/Sirius - Alien channelings of a future in balance. Speaking of channeling we have ascended masters linked with rays or colors - El Moyra being of the Blue Ray.

There are also the Indigo Children who some people feel are more evolved though I seem them with many disabilities. This will cause them to heal issues and thus help others.

PURPLE

Purple is also a color that will connect you with your spiritual self. It is good for mental and nervous problems. It will assist very well with rheumatism and epilepsy. Helps with pain, is used in deep tissue work and helps heal the bones. Too much purple and you don't tend to live in this world.

Visualization in the Deep Purple Frequency

Prepare as you would for meditation. Visualize the color purple, deep, rich, flowing around you. It begins to take form and merges with liquid gold as we prepare to move into the yellow and white light next week.

As the liquid colors flow together-- they create a crown of elegance just for you! Place the gold and purple crown on your head. You are now own your full power.

You can be whomever you choose to be. You can open your crown (chakra) to accept information from the highest source. Your psychic gifts begin to unfold. Your gifts of clairvoyance (seeing) and clairaudience (hearing) begin to increase and will continue to do so every day from now own. You are regal, royal, special. Ask spirit for your spirit name. LAVENDER

Lavender is the color of equilibrium, it helps with spiritual healing. The Violet Flame - is supposedly charged with the light of divine freedom. It is used to burn off karma from other lifetimes on all levels.

WHITE

White includes all of the colors spectrum. It represents the source of conscious creation. It will purify the body on the highest levels. It is the highest charging field to bring peace and comfort at the highest level.

The Frequency of White Light

White has always been seen as transcendent - pure - perfection - innocence, chastity - triumphant of spirit over the flesh.

White is the color most often connected to cleanliness or clean - with phrases like "Pure White" or white and clean.

These are some of the reasons a bride wears white in most societies. White denotes spiritual authority.

A woman wearing a white robe denotes the love-life-death meaning such as Delphic Aphrodite of Tombs, the Scandinavian Frigg and Teutonic Hel/Freya which is the Beloved goddess of death.

In Celtic tradition the terrestrial goddess wore white.

In Alchemy white is the feminine principle as represented by the 'The White Lily'.

In the Arendian white is sacred.

To the Aztec it was the dying sun or night.

To the Buddhist tradition, white is self-mastery and redemption. It is representative of being lead from bondage - the highest spiritual transformation.

To the Chinese, white is mourning.

In Christian beliefs white is the highest color representing the purified soul, joy, virginity, integrity, light and a holy life.

White is always worn in Christian religions at the sacraments of Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage.

In Catholicism it is symbolic of the saints not suffering martyrdom and virgin saints.

Druid priests wore white. It was the color of baptism.

Greek tradition uses white for mourning, love, life...in just about all themes white is symbolic there.

In Hinduism, white is symbolic of Pure Consciousness---sattva-- upward movement, the light and manifestation.

Maori tradition holds white as meaning truce or surrendering.

To the Mayan in represented peace and health.

Roman tradition wore it for very propitious occasions

White is probably one of the most respected and well received of all the colors.

All cultures and societies seem to embrace the color white as pure, innocent and auspicious. The acceptance of white has weaved itself through all millennia from religion, philosophies, poetry and just about every human endeavor. Each time I study the different energy patterns and associations we give to colors---white seems to be the one that humankind writes the most about...when it comes to higher ideals and anything that represents the loftier values we see it as white.

SILVER

Silver is the color of peace and persistence. It is the major purging color so it is very good for removing unwanted diseases and troubles from the body. It is best for cancer of tissue and blood.

GOLD

Gold represents of alchemy of consciousness. It is the strongest color to help cure all illness. It is so strong that many people are not able to tolerate it, so people have to be conditioned to gold over a period of time. Gold strengthens all fields of the body and spirit.

Color Healing Using Candles

Lighting colored candles that coordinate with what you need. For example if you want to gain knowledge, light a yellow candle. Light a pink candle to send love. Blue to resolve a spiritual problem. Lavender is good for healing. Silver is good for protection.

Color Healing Using Lamp Radiation

Use a lamp and colored light bulbs. Bask in the light as you watch TV - meditate - or whatever you are doing. To gain more energy while reading--use an orange light. Green lights are good to use when healing. Blue or violet are great for spiritual work.

Color Water Healing - Sun's Energies

Place the colored gels in clear water. Cover it and place it in the sun. the sun will go through the colored gel into the water and energize it with the sun's energy and that of the particular gel. You can drink this water.

The sun's rays have been known to have magical healing qualities. These rays passed through a spectrum, will give you colors that have very good healing qualities for certain illnesses and injuries. It can be used in the form of passing sunlight through panes of colored glass or filters.

Color Breathing

See the colors enter your body with each breath. Select the color you need and see it enter and go to that chakra.

Color Visualization

Visualize yourself bathed in the colors you choose to resonate with. It can be a light that surrounds and enters your body. However you see it healing you.

You can channel color through your hands for healing purposes. you can do it on yourself or on another. You can use it on animals or plants.

Color Healing - Clothing

The colors you wear effect your mood and that of those around you. You may be drawn to wear a certain color on a particular day. It usually means that colored is need by one of your sheath bodies.

I generally wear silk shirts and slacks to do my work every day. Each morning I look through my closet at a collection of shirts mostly long sleeve--that I have in every color-- some in various shades--like four shades of purple.

I must have at least 50 silk shirts--all of which I love and wear! I am not a person who keeps useless things around. I am always throwing --or giving --things away!

I am never sure why I chose the color shirt I pick to wear that day-- but a psychic connection always seems to exist between the color I select and the clients I read. I never know in advance what each client is coming to discuss--even if they are repeat clients.

I just stand in the closet--it is a huge closet-- look around--psych a color--and get dressed!

It is as if I choose a color that is the frequency that they need brought into their vibrational fields. Often I feel the color chooses me!

Here's an example:

One day I chose a pink shirt. Everyone who came for a reading came to talk about a "love relationship". Another day I wore royal blue. All of my clients that day were on a spiritual path.

Think about the colors you choose to wear each day. Look at your colors for today. This was probably selected on a subconscious level. See how it applies to your activities of today! Just what is it that you were seeking today?

PENDULUMS: Pendulums are primarily used for dowsing. Dowsing's primary function is to find an answer/solution to a question/problem. People have used dowsing for centuries to divine for water, to find ley-lines, to aid one in decision-making or even to look for missing persons!
PHALLUS: The phallic symbol is used in many cultures to convey strength and fertility.
TUMBLED STONES: These have been polished in a machine. The effect is that the energy radiates more evenly, so they are excellent for laying on the body or carrying in your pocket.
SLICES: These often reveal inner beauty of a crystal structure. In traditional crystal healing, if the shape thus revealed corresponds with a particular body part, it is specially powerful. Slices are good for laying on or for wearing in jewelry.
RAW, ROUGH OR NATURAL STONES: Crystals in their natural state often have very powerful vibrations that can change the atmosphere of a whole room. The energy tends to be gentle, natural and diffused.
CRYSTAL BALLS AND STONE SPHERES
Spheres can have influence in the development of psychic abilities. Used in personal meditations to gain greater spiritual clarity and insight. Used to gain hidden wisdom and some use spheres in fortune telling. Gazing into crystal spheres, one may get a glimpse into the past or future. Energy flows from sphere 360 degrees so aids in the environment where it is placed.
POINTS: Many crystals have points, some large and some so small they can hardly be seen with the naked eye. Points may be natural or artificially shaped. A single crystal point has a definite faceted, pointed end and the other end tends to look ragged where it has been separated from a cluster base. A single crystal point is often used in healing. Pointed away from the body, it draws energy off. Pointed inward, it channels energy to the body.
NATURAL OCCURRING LONG POINTS: This crystal focuses energy in a straight line. It is often mimicked in purpose made crystal wands, it is used extensively in healing or ritual work. It will rapidly transmit energy if pointed toward the body, or draw it off if turned away.
WANDS: Wands are the traditional healing tools of shamans, healers and metaphysicians. The magic wands of myth and legends, they are believed to have been used by the highly evolved crystal healers of Atlantis, and many practitioners today believe that wands from those far off times are surfacing once again, complete with their powerful programming.   Wands have the ability to focus every tightly through their tip. Most wands are artificially shaped but naturally formed. Long pointed crystals as the powerful laser Quartz are excellent healing tools. The healing ability of wands is vastly expanded when programmed with intent. When using a wand, it is important consciously to allow universal healing energy to flow in through your crown chakra down your arm to the hand holding the wand, and then into the wand where it is amplified and passed into the patient. Using your own energy for this purpose is shortsighted and inefficient, as you will become weak and depleted and need healing yourself.

Quartz Wand: A long, clear Quartz wand, whether natural or shaped, emits both positive and negative energy. It strongly amplifies energy and focuses this where it is needed or draws it off and dissipates it as appropriate Quartz can be used to reach the underlying cause of dis-ease and to transform it. It points to and then treats areas of blockage or weakness in the physical body or the aura.

Laser Quartz: Laser Quartz is a naturally formed, long, slender Quartz crystal that tapers towards the termination, which has very small faces. Its sides are often slightly curved. This is an extremely powerful instrument that should be used with caution. It should never be randomly pointed at anyone else and must be used only with clarity of intention. If this advice is followed, it is an amazing healing tool. A laser Quartz focuses, concentrates and accelerates the energy passing through it into a tight beam that acts like a laser. Suitable for psychic surgery, it stimulates acupuncture points and can reach tiny structures deep within the body such as the pineal or pituitary gland, or detach entities or attachments and ties to other people and cuts away negativity of all kinds. It provides powerful protection for the aura and physical body. At a mental or emotional level, it removes, inappropriate attitudes outmoded thought patterns and energy blockages.

Tourmaline Wand: Natural Tourmaline wands are useful healing tools, they clear the aura, remove blockages, disperse negative energy and point to solutions for specific problems. They are excellent for balancing and connecting the chakras. At a physical level, they rebalance the energy meridians.

Vogel Wand: Vogel type wands have a very precise vibratory signature. Fluorite Wand: Fluorite wands are artificially shaped, most often from a mixture of green and purple Fluorite. Even a small wand will absorb an enormous amount of stress and if not cleansed, may crack under the strain. It is often suggested that the wand be immersed in water to cleanse it, the water then being returned to the earth for transmutation of the pain.

Obsidian Wand: An obsidian wand is ideal in cases where there are negative energies within the emotional body that require removal and the patient is ready for these to surface once they have been released, the Obsidian wand then protects the aura and connects to the earth pointing the way forward. Obsidian wands can also be used for diagnosis and location of blockages.

Amethyst Wand: An Amethyst wand is the perfect tool for opening the brow chakra and activating the pineal gland to stimulate intuitive vision. It will also remove blockages from the sacral chakra and from the aura. It can be used to heal a weak aura and to provide protection.

Rose Quartz Wand: A Rose Quartz wand is imbued with wonderful peace. It is excellent for calming emotional distress and for healing a broken heart, but it works equally well for any state of agitation or anxiety. A racing pulse is quickly normalized and raised blood pressure returned to normal under this stone's gentle influence. If the chakras are spinning erratically, Rose Quartz will instantly stabilize the energy and bring things into harmony.

Smoky Quartz Wand: Smoky Quartz is an excellent crystal for grounding negative energy and providing protection. A Smoky Quartz wand grounds the energy of the base chakra by linking it to the earth chakra beneath your feet. It purifies this chakra in the etheric body and neutralizes the effect of any geopathic stress. It can be used anywhere on the body where negative energy needs to be removed.

Selenite Wand: Selenite wands have a very pure vibration. They can be used to detach entities from the aura or to prevent anything external from influencing the mind.

CLUSTERS: A cluster has many points bedded, but not necessarily fixed into a base. The crystals may be small or large. Clusters radiate energy out to the surrounding environment and can also absorb detrimental energy. They can be programmed and left in place to do their work. They are especially useful for cleansing a room or other crystals, in which case the crystal should be left overnight on the cluster.
PHANTOM: A phantom crystal appears ghostlike within the body of a larger crystal. Owing to the method of its formation, a phantom has absorbed learning over eons of time. Putting the past into perspective, it points the way toward growth and evolution and is helpful in overcoming stagnation. Each has a specific meaning, depending on the type of crystal.
BALL: Balls are usually shaped from a larger piece of crystal and may well have planes or flaws within them. They emit energy in all directions equally. Used as a window to the past or future, they move energy through time and provide a glimpse of what is to come or what has been, a practice called scrying.
SKULLS: Skulls incite mystical and spiritual happenings and reportedly many peoples lives have changed after contact with a skull. Quartz doesn't decay and because of its amplifying ability. Some believe that the skulls are a kind of a storage device for important cosmic knowledge.
SINGLE TERMINATIONS: Also known as points, these crystals are used to direct energy. In order to draw negative energy away from the body by aiming the points outwards and to draw positive energy in, point them towards the subject.
DOUBLE TERMINATIONS: Double terminated crystals have definite points at both ends. Some are natural and others are artificially shaped. A double termination radiates or absorbs energy at both ends simultaneously channeling it in two different directions at once. A stone of balance, a double termination integrates spirit and matter and can provide a bridge between two energy points. These crystals are useful in healing as they absorb negative energy and break old patterns which can assist in overcoming addictions. They can also be used to integrate previously blocked parts of the self. Placed on the third eye, double terminations can enhance telepathy.
GEODES: A geode is contained within an outer from. When opened, it is hollow with many crystals pointing inward. Geodes hold and amplify energy within themselves. Due to their rounded cave like shape and numerous terminations, they diffuse the amplified energy, softening the energy but not neutralizing it, allowing it to flow out slowly if required. They are useful for protection and aid spiritual growth. Geodes assist in breaking additions and are beneficial for addictive or over indulgent personalities.
PYRAMID: A pyramid shaped crystal has four sides on a base but the base may be squared off if the crystal is natural rather than artificially shaped. Naturally occurring pyramid shaped crystals, such as APOPHYLLITE, amplify and then tightly focus energy through the apex and are suitable for holding manifestation programs. Pyramids can also be used to draw off negative energies and blockages from the chakras, replenishing with vibrant energy. Artificially shaped pyramids are available in an abundance of materials and they enhance and focus the inherent properties of the crystal.
EGGS: Egg shaped crystals confine and shape energy and can be used to detect and rebalance blockages in the body. The more pointed end is a useful reflexology or acupressure tool. They make excellent hand comforters to use in times of stress.
AMORPHOUS? Amorphous crystals such as Obsidian have no particular shape. Energy flows rapidly through an amorphous crystal as it has no rigid internal organization. They are strong acting and instant in their effect.
LAYERED: Layered or plate like crystals, such as Lepidolite, are helpful for working on several layers at once as they spread energy out in layers. Their energy can assist in getting to the bottom of things.
TABULAR: Tabular crystal has two wide sides, resulting in a flat crystal which may be double terminated. Many tabular crystals have a notch in them that can be rubbed to activate the information contained in them. Energy flows freely through a tabular crystal, which offers little resistance. It removes confusion, misinterpretation, and misunderstanding and is an excellent aid to communication at all levels, both inner and outer. It is said that a tabular crystal is the finest tool for communication with other realms. In healing, a tabular crystal links 2 points bringing about perfect balance and they can be used to enhance telepathy, activates other crystals.
ELESTIAL: An Elestial has many natural terminations and folds over a multilayered crystal. It has a gently flowing energy that removes blockages and fear, balancing polarities and opening the way to necessary change. Sustaining and comforting, it is helpful in overcoming emotional burdens and in connecting the eternal self. This crystal can take you into other lives to understand your karma or deep into yourself to give an insight into the spiritual processes at work.
OCCLUSION: An occlusion is usually formed from a deposit of another mineral within a Quartz crystal like chlorite. It is a cloudy spot or patch depending on the mineral. Minerals may also be deposited on an external face and show through when viewed from the other side. An occlusion radiates the energy of the mineral focused and amplified by the Quartz surrounding it.
SQUARES: A Square crystal consolidates energy within its form. It is useful for anchoring intention and for grounding. Naturally occurring square crystals such as Fluorite can also draw off negative energy and transform it into positive.
ABUNDANCE: An abundance crystal consists of one long Quartz crystal with many small crystals clustered around its base. Its function is to attract wealth and abundance into your life. It is best positioned in the wealth corner of a house or business, the point at the farthest rear left of the front door.
GENERATOR: A single generator crystal has six facets meeting equally in a sharp point. Large or small, this powerful crystal is the optimum shape for generating energy. It aids focus and clarity of intention. A generator cluster is very large with many long points each of which can be programmed for a specific purpose. A generator cluster brings a group together in peaceful harmony, each person can have a point programmed specifically for them. MANIFESTATION: A manifestation crystal is a rare and precious thing, One or more small crystals are totally enclosed by a larger crystal.
